Snarol

by Corban Crane
(Bettendorf, IA)

The Snarol is commonly found in the woods of America. It is an enormous mouth containing sharp teeth and a hand-like tongue.

It feasts on anything in the woods, although it prefers humans. It does so by making a noise from its mouth that sounds like a female, calling the human forward. The human becomes so entranced in the voice that it does not see where it is stepping and falls into the Snarols mouth.

If the human is close enough to the Snarol but does not continue to listen to the voice, the Snarol uses its tongue to grab the human into its throat.

There is a possible chance that the human may not listen to the Snarol and avoid being digested, but this rarely happens.
